Welcome to my blog! Harvey is back! In case anyone forgot, or if you are new to my blog, Harvey is my family's 23-foot Winnebago View. We have picked up mom from the Salt Lake City International Airport, and vacation can officially begin. We are in California and our real adventures can begin. Enjoy :)

Yesterday, we got stuck in a huge thunderstorm.  We were driving and out of no where it started pouring.  There were really strong winds and the rain was very strong and was driving sideways into Harvey.  Then, it started to thunder and lightning, and we had to pull of the road, and sit under a bridge to wait out the storm.  Finally, the rain and wind slowed down and we continued to drive.  The thunder and lightning didn't slow down though, the lightning flashed in intervals that were very close together.  Every flash lit up the whole sky.  Then finally we reached our campsite.

    Hi Karen! I'm so exicted you got a blog too and I can now post to it! Grandma and I are looking at both of them together. We are having a lot of fun reading your updates. All is well here. Uncle Tom lit his fireworks on the beach last night and we had a lot of fun. Aleigh and Mike are both working at The Vanilla Bean tonight so Grandma and I are here relaxing. Have fun!
